Event: Shinrin Yoku – Forest Meditation

Shinrin Yoku is a gentle, guided walk that supports well-being through sensory immersion in forests and other naturally healing environments.  Shinrin Yoku is a term that means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest bathing.”  It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine.

This session is open to adults, parents, and children and space is limited.
