Come visit Environmental Learning Centers of Connecticut’s traveling sugarhouse at Lyman Orchard’s 1741 Pub & Grill for a maple syrup sugar shack demonstration during brunch! Families will learn about the traditionof maple sugaring. Kids and adults can try their hand at tapping a “tree” before or after indulging in a delicious ‘Pancake Party’ brunch menu. Enjoy this outdoor demonstration with your paid brunch reservation. COVID guidelines strictly enforced.
