Skill Building Workshop: Knots

Tying knots are essential in daily activities for everyone. This workshop covers basic rope terminology, parts of the rope, and components of knot and lashings. We will also be demonstrating about 10 different knots and lashings from a first person’s point of view.
After completing this tutorial workshop, with practice and some creativity, students will be able to combine different knots and lashings to suit their needs. Students will also be able to build upon what they’ve learned here in order to suit their needs in life, and on any adventure.
