Tree Walk with Jerry Milne

Join DEEP forester Jerry Milne on a tree walk at Barnes Nature Center. Learn to identify trees by sight, smell, and touch (except poison ivy). This walk will take place on the accessible trail.

Jerry Milne is a forester with the Connecticut DEEP Division of Forestry. He manages thousands of acres of State Forests to grow and harvest sawlogs and firewood, while providing diverse wildlife habitat.
