Volunteer Open House
Join ELCCT staff and current volunteers to learn education the public about volunteer opportunities with the ELCCT to be held on Thursday, January 23rd from 2pm at the Harry C. Barnes Memorial Nature Center.
Volunteer opportunities are year-round and offer a chance for community members to give back, spend time outside, and understand the power of collective action.
We aim to expand our day-to-day operations by recruiting volunteers that can contribute on a recurring schedule, during weekday hours, who can help with upkeep of our preserves & trails, maintenance projects, landscaping, educational programming, and office administration.
We need you! Volunteer with ELCCT to create lasting change and work together toward achieving our shared goals. If you’re ready to take action, come by our Volunteer Open House and find out how you can get involved.
At the Volunteer Open House, you’ll have the chance to meet some of our volunteer team, learn more about our ongoing volunteer opportunities, and discover how your unique skills can make a meaningful contribution. No prior experience is necessary—a desire to make a difference! All forms of talent and time are welcome. Volunteers should be at least 14 years old. Light refreshments will be served.
